Are you ready to take the next step in your microelectronics career? We are seeking a Reliability & Parametric Test Engineer to join our clients dynamic team, driving advanced testing and reliability initiatives for cutting-edge technologies using Agilent/Keysight platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Reliability Focus:
Lead and expand the Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) program for production technologies.
Monitor, analyze, and improve existing WLR tests, while developing new reliability assessments.
Partner with R&D and Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) teams to implement targeted reliability tests.
Serve as the go-to expert for device reliability across production technologies.
Parametric Test Focus:
Take ownership of test programs, specifications, limit files, operating procedures, and work instructions for current production technologies.
Support parametric testing for future technology nodes in close collaboration with the development team.
Conduct measurement system analyses (Gage R&R) to ensure test accuracy and consistency.
To be considered you will have the following:
You hold an engineering degree in Physics or Microelectronics.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in microelectronics, ideally with parametric testing and/or reliability experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to managing multiple projects.
Experienced with key methodologies such as DOE, FMEA, and MSA (Gage R&R).
Comfortable with programming in Python, C, and Linux.
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and solutions-focused, thriving in a production-driven environment.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
