PpAs part of Global Product Group Distribution Traction Transformers team, you will be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories in the portfolio scope. You will contribute cross-functionally by collaborating with the IT function and business domains as well as being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics. /ph3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3ulliEnsure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area. Collect and design business requirements into required documentation format and templates. /liliIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities. /liliProvide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool. /liliCollaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. /liliLead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective. Perform UAT and validation together with key users and IT. /liliProvide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related technical field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end data analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. /liliProficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and report scheduling. /liliGood knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and integration from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, SQL, Azure, Power Automate). /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global technical teams and stakeholders. /liliStrong understanding of functional and business analysis. /liliStrong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a global team environment. /li /ulh3Legal /h3ulliApplicable only for Poland location align with local law regulations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
