Job description
As Senior IT Service Owner, you will drive the design, evolution, and governance of IT services that support key regulatory and compliance processes. You act as the central coordination point for stakeholders and ensure high-quality service operation aligned with ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain service documentation, catalogues, and operational procedures
Oversee incident, problem, and change management workflows
Assess risks and ensure compliance with audits, access controls, and regulatory expectations
Drive continuous service improvements based on automation and ITIL principles
Monitor SLAs and maintain vendor/service performance standards
Expected Profile
You have completed higher education in information technology, computer science or business administration and bring several years of current experience in IT service management within regulated environments, ideally financial services. You work independently, communicate clearly and demonstrate strong organisational skills.
Additionally:
Current experience in IT service management and ITIL-based operation
Strong knowledge of compliance-related banking processes (KYC, AML, onboarding)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; German/French beneficial
Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
Willingness to work 100% on-site
