Embedded Software Leadership
We are seeking a skilled and visionary Embedded Software Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating two embedded software development sub-teams to ensure the quality and performance of our embedded systems.
About the Role:
We require an experienced professional with expertise in real-time systems, coding, security, remote updates, 4G technology, and experience with embedded hardware constraints. A strong understanding of industrial methods is essential for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead two embedded software development sub-teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Provide technical direction for teams working on product lifecycle stages
- Define standards for development architecture ensuring maintainability throughout all production phases
- Oversee project activities aligning them with company goals
- Monitor technological advancements in field related topics as well as identify potential risks
Requirements:
