BDO Switzerland offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing specialist eager to pursue a career within an international advisory practice. The candidate will help develop and expand BDO Switzerland's Transfer Pricing Services while collaborating with the BDO international network.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 * Provide in-depth TP advisory services to a diverse client base
 * Conduct complex functional and risk analyses independently
 * Review and design TP policies or structures
 * Manage Global / Regional TP documentation projects
 * Lead interdisciplinary projects (Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, M&A, GMS, Valuation)
 * Advise on Country-by-Country reporting and ensure compliance
 * Assist with tax audits and dispute resolutions
 * Manage and coach junior team members
YOUR PROFILE
 * Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics, Law, Tax Law, Corporate Finance, or Finance and Accounting
 * At least 3 years of full-time experience in TP within industry or professional services in Switzerland or abroad
 * Proficient in English and German
 * Strong interpersonal, project management, and client portfolio management skills
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
 * Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
 * Self-motivated, independent, and reliable
 * Networking talent, team spirit, and a strong client focus
