To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang in our Lobby Bar for the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts
* Serving food and beverages
* Preparing cocktails and long drinks
* Cashier duties (Micros system)
* Opening the bar
* Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
* Participating in weekly training sessions
* Working in accordance with Kempinski standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
* Resilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness.
* Structured and organised way of working.
* Keen interest in team-oriented work.
* Your motto is to be a perfect and charming host to every guest.
* Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
