PpThe opportunity : Senior Sales Manager, Corporates, GPS (Global Payment Solutions) /p pBeing part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. /p pCorporate and Investment Banking Coverage teams support Swiss-headquartered clients and overseas multinationals which have local or regional operations or subsidiaries. Our services enable corporate and institutional clients to make the most of new opportunities in domestic markets, carry out cross‑border transactions, and expand internationally. /p pWe are looking for a Senior Sales Manager GPS in our Zurich office focusing specifically on Swiss corporate clients covering business development, client acquisition, continuing relationship management, and providing the necessary support through the effective positioning of Global Payment Solutions (GPS) products both locally and globally. /p pAre you interested? Do you enjoy being part of a cohesive team? /p pIf you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you! /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pThe Senior Sales Manager GPS contributes directly to revenues and margins, the competitiveness of the bank, and relies on exceptional execution and implementation of HSBC’s business, financial, and strategic goals in Switzerland. /p h3In This Role You Will /h3 ul liSell and support HSBC GPS for corporate clients in Switzerland and across the HSBC network /li liDevelop, manage and grow a portfolio of Switzerland-headquartered corporate clients, driving acquisition and relationship deepening /li liAct as a cash management sparring partner for external clients (Treasurers and Treasury teams) and internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers /li liLead and contribute to complex sales opportunities and deal structuring, including RFI / RFP responses and solution design /li liAdvise clients on efficient transaction banking structures, liquidity solutions and relevant investment options /li liOwn escalation management for cash management issues, coordinating with product, implementation and client service teams to deliver timely resolution /li liPartner with Client Connectivity and implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines /li liSupport coverage teams with GPS product expertise, manage CRM /pipeline activity, and contribute to profitability management, plan tracking and variance analysis /li /ul h3You Should Apply If You Have /h3 ul liDeep understanding of GPS, Sales, or Treasury track record; demonstrably strong Product / Technical Payments and Liquidity knowledge (ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), TMS (Treasury Management Systems), Channels, Swift, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), File Formats, Liquidity Products, Pooling, Digital Assets Currencies, tokenization, etc.) /li liExcellent network within large corporate clients in Switzerland /li liVery strong interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with Client senior management /li liExcellent communication and written skills /li liFluent in English - German and French languages considered valuable but not a pre-requisite /li liPro‑active, ability to work in a team /li liAccurately interpret and analyze results with attention to detail /li liResults driven and committed to meet deadlines /li liAbility to prioritize tasks, understand and elevate issues, acquire new skills and assist colleagues /li liThorough awareness of market needs and competitive environment /li liAbility to structure innovative solutions to complex payments and collections problems /li liProficient knowledge of local country market regulations /li liProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) /li liDue to immigration restrictions in Switzerland we will only be able to consider applications from Swiss or EU citizens or from candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit /li /ul pEven if you feel you do not meet 100% of our qualifications, we encourage you to apply, if you believe this role is right for you. /p h3What You’ll Get In Return /h3 pWe offer a comprehensive and competitive package of benefits usually covering healthcare, life assurance, pension, and family‑friendly leaves, as well as many other benefits to support your wellbeing. /p pHSBC operates multiple variable pay plans, to reflect the diverse nature of the businesses, roles and markets in which we operate.
