Job Description
You will support our Network Solutions team to enhance the data, system, method, and process landscape for network and schedule optimization within a leading airline group.
* Participate in and support network and schedule optimization involving advanced optimization systems and methods for hub airlines.
* Run network optimization processes with existing tools.
* Analyze and evaluate results of new network optimization tools.
* Publish and assess network business cases using established tools, reports, and data analysis.
* Develop and support proof of concepts and prototypes as part of requirements engineering.
* Prepare and present reports on current trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Network Optimization: Participate in and support network and schedule optimization projects involving advanced optimization systems and methods for hub airlines.
2. Tool Evaluation: Run network optimization processes with existing tools and analyze their performance.
3. Business Case Development: Publish and assess network business cases using established tools, reports, and data analysis.
4. Proof of Concepts: Develop and support proof of concepts and prototypes as part of requirements engineering.
5. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present reports on current trends and developments.
Requirements
* University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, data science, or a related field.
* Familiarity with statistics and figures, with a flair for data processing and analysis.
* Experience in compiling presentations, especially when visualizing data.
* Very good English language skills (spoken and written), with German and other languages being an asset.
* Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), with knowledge of additional data tools and languages being an advantage.
* Strong conceptual, structural, and analytical thinking.
* Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment as an engaged and self-driven team player.
* Strong interest in the aviation industry.
