Tasks
* Conduct deep meaningful conversations that reconnect people with themselves
* Read between the lines to identify who is ready to take responsibility

* Work digitally flexibly and remotely
Requirements
* At least 5 years of real leadership experience
* Reflective, self‑driven and authentic personality
* Ability to communicate with people on a human level, not just through roles
* Desire for personal growth and learning
* Ability to combine ambition with groundedness
* Good English skills are required
* Freedom is more important than status while financial strength is expected
