We are now excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our RPO program. Our team is based onsite with our client in Basel, where we deliver exceptional recruitment services in close collaboration with our client's HR department.
We are seeking an individual who has some recruitment experience and, most importantly, possesses a strong intellectual curiosity. You should be eager to learn from our experienced experts and from the structure within our client's organization. Our recruitment service is truly unique - we work closely with our client's HR, acting as experts and advisors to hiring managers. We assist them throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that our practices are fair, inclusive, and deliver the best candidate and client experience.
YOUR TASKS
Taking ownership of the recruitment processes for the assigned client based in Basel, ensuring all stages are managed efficiently and effectively
Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to drive a fair and inclusive recruitment process, fostering strong relationships and collaboration
Acting as a recruitment expert, advising Hiring Managers on strategies, assessment tools, and best practices to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, effectively and fairly
Administering the Applicant Tracking System in compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs, meticulously ensuring all relevant process steps are executed accurately and timely
Executing direct sourcing and scheduling tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the recruitment process
Providing continuous support and guidance to Hiring Managers ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make the best hiring decisions
Your Qualifications
We are looking for tenacious and intellectually curious professional, who has already gained recruitment experience (min 2-3 years) either as an inhouse recruiter or in RPO setting
Collaboration and communication skills- for us this is a key for effective and successful collaboration both within our team, but also with our client
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build meaningful relationships to support overall business objectives of the client's organization
Onsite office presence, min 3 days a week- our office (both Hays and our client) are centrally located, just next to Basel SBB
