* Work alongside the Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of international private banking clients
* Take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients in close coordination with Compliance
* Process and monitor a variety of client transactions, including payments and securities trades
* Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients on all day-to-day operational and administrative topics
* Assist in preparing for client meetings and take care of follow-up actions, including presentation materials and reporting
* Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations
Your Profile :
* Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education; additional academic qualifications are an advantage
* SQA certification is a plus
* Confident in handling securities transactions using Avaloq
* Detail-oriented and well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role within an international private banking environment
* Fluent in both German and English; French is a welcome asset
* Strong client service skills with a proactive and responsible mindset
* Independent, structured, and accurate working style
