Professional skills:
4. Project delivery methodology, agile methodology & framework, ability to visualize, training & workshop management, stakeholder management
5. Role models the agile mindset
6. Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
7. Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
8. Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
9. Engage with the PO and PM to encourage and empower the agile team
10. Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward
11. Strong experience in Order Management world (like of Equity, Fixed Income, Funds trading) is a plus
12. Understanding of trade lifecycle world and securitised trading products
13. Experience in delivering complex projects that touch across multiple domains within markets, order management and digital experience
14. Fluent English and German is a plus
Education:
15. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline
16. Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
