Your Responsibilities
You create transparency and visualization of defects and non-conformities to support and improve the defect culture and quality mindset within the organization (areas of machining, assembly, testing, and final pre-delivery inspection).
You support the production organization in analyzing non-conformities and implementing immediate and corrective actions (QRQC, 8D, 4D, 5 Why, SHAININ projects, etc.).
You manage internal audits and support external audits (e.g., certification audits, process audits, product audits, customer audits, COP-Conformity of Product).
You review, verify, and update production-related Process-FMEAs and associated Product and Process Control Plans.
You prepare regular KPI reports and report directly to BU management, focusing on non-quality KPIs such as scraps, FTQ, FPY, etc.
You are responsible for ensuring product and process conformity to ISO9001 and EN9100 quality standards.
As a Team Leader:
You manage a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians ensuring quality assurance in manufacturing, assembly, and testing areas.
You guarantee compliance with all applicable safety standards and legal regulations.
You are in charge of capacity planning for your team.
You provide leadership, inspire, motivate, and mentor your team to develop new skills and achieve excellence.
Your Profile
You have completed a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or similar.
You possess at least 2-3 years of professional experience in quality management and/or manufacturing.
You are a native French speaker (C2), fluent in English (C1), with German being an asset.
You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP, QS-STAT, SPC, Albatros, Casqit, QSys.
You possess good communication and moderation skills, along with independence.
You are persistent, persevering, and capable of managing and motivating a team.
