Overview
Appointed by one of our clients, a rapidly evolving company focused on parking solutions, we are looking for a full-time Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
* Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore their parking solution requirements.
* Create customized marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Develop comprehensive proposals and pricing offers based on client specifications and initial site evaluations.
* Maintain consistent follow-up on prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.
* Represent at industry trade shows and networking events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
* Handle negotiations related to pricing and contract terms.
* Finalize agreements and secure signed contracts.
* Oversee the recruitment, management, and support of sales partners and distribution channels.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, real estate, or customized solutions industries.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Skilled at grasping and clearly explaining complex technical information.
* Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
* Proficiency in a minimum of three languages.
