Job Description
* As part of our Operations team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Processing new individual client applications with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing updates and amendments to existing client accounts
* Performing quality assurance checks (4-eyes checks) on processed applications and amendments
* Providing operational support across other team functions when needed
Qualifications
* We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute, grow, and make a difference. Ideally, you have:
* A solid understanding of AML/ATF/KYC requirements and relevant EU regulations
* Knowledge of Luxembourg’s data protection and banking privacy legislation
* Familiarity with financial or banking operations and related risks
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* The ability to analyze problems critically and suggest improvements
* Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
* Comfort working in an English-speaking environment; additional languages are a plus
* A flexible, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
