Job Description
As our HR Operations & People Partner, you will:
* Provide operational support and act as the main point of contact for all HR-related enquiries, guidelines and processes, worldwide
* Manage offer letters, contracting, onboarding, offboarding and ongoing employee admin and support
* Own HR tools (predominantly Deel) and keep on top of supplier performance to ensure they continue to be fit for purpose
* Ensure data accuracy and leverage data to make informed decisions,
* Oversee benefits administration
* Run the biannual review process in an efficient and timely way
* Support line managers with their teams
* Ensure compliance across different countries we operate in and support any country expansion from an HR perspective
* Proactive about how any law or regulation changes may impact employees and our organization as a whole.
* Stay informed about industry best practices, employment trends, and emerging HR technologies.
* Create new policies where needed
* Manage relationships with internal Finance department as well as external vendors and service providers, to ensure effective Payroll & HR service delivery.
* Trusted advisor for leaders and employees
* Drive people-focused initiatives alongside the leadership team
* Assist the hiring teams on projects such as talent development and employer branding
Requirements:
* Start-up experience essential with a builder mindset and a proactive, self-sufficient approach
* Strong background in HR operations with hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
* Experience working in diverse cultural & international environments, managing cross-cultural teams, and fostering global collaboration.
* Solid understanding and application of employment law, ideally in Switzerland, the US, UK and Germany.
* Strategic thinking - ensure that HR ops align with company growth goals and culture
* Comfortable at both strategic and tactical levels, with a clear focus on practical/ hands-on execution.
* Experience of building relationships with founders and senior leaders across multiple functions.
* Skilled problem-solver, able to adapt quickly and think on your feet.
* Experience in global environments with sensitivity to cultural differences and diverse workforce needs.
* Tech-savvy and excited about learning new tools that will make your work more efficient.
* High confidence with various HR tools.
