The Job Description
* Support daily money‑market, FX, and fixed‑income dealing activities.
* Prepare pre‑trade checks and assist with trade execution processes.
* Enter and verify trades in treasury management systems with high accuracy.
* Monitor global market developments and prepare daily market updates.
* Maintain trading records, market data, and portfolio information.
* Liaise with middle office, back office, risk, and settlement teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processing.
* Follow up on trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
* Assist in producing reports for senior management and internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and operational risk standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* Brings a solid understanding of financial markets, especially money‑market, FX, and fixed‑income instruments.
* Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
* Shows strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Communicates clearly and works effectively with front‑, middle‑, and back‑office stakeholders.
* Is business‑fluent in English
* Ideally has experience within a central bank, financial institution, or treasury/front‑office operations.
* Maintains high integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Thrives in a multicultural, international environment and is eager to learn and grow.
