Welcome to a challenging role in bioprocess engineering where you will be responsible for the planning, execution and documentation of manufacturing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute manufacturing campaigns for mammalian cell culture, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines.
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams as functional lead for all manufacturing aspects of assigned products.
* Develop and implement SHE, EM, operation, and cleaning risk analysis for assigned products.
* Establish production documentation specific to assigned production areas.
* Ensure regulatory requirements are implemented in corresponding assets and products.
* Perform manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines, evaluating test results and resolving issues.
* Work as production expert in capital investment projects for building and commissioning of manufacturing units.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry or related fields, with experience in upstream processes and GMP understanding.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and interaction with all kinds of interfaces within the organization. A structured, focused and well-organized working attitude is essential, as well as being open-minded for new ideas and suggestions.
Requirements
* Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field.
* (Highly) advanced work experience in this field.
* Upstream experience required.
* Broad biotechnology expertise and/or knowledge in biotechnical engineering preferable in the area of Mammalian cell culture.
* Proficient in English.
* GMP understanding.
