Responsibilities
Support the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager in daily tasks.
Manage the department in the absence of the manager.
Co-responsible for the purchasing department (excluding fresh products).
Handle operational purchasing and larger projects.
Supervise and evaluate suppliers periodically.
Analyze and monitor financial statements (daily, monthly, semi-annual, annual).
Assist with F&B cost controlling.
Conduct spot checks and analyze statistics.
Control accounts receivable and payable.
Program the KOST merchandise management system and MATRIX cash register system.
Assist in organizing major events.
Manage employees and apprentices.
Collaborate with Culinary Director, F&B Operations, and Events departments.
