PpSection:Headquarters /p pbAltra Running /b is looking for an exceptional bManager, GTM Marketplace Strategy /b to join our team based in bStabio, Switzerland /b. /p h3bLet’s Talk about the Role /b /h3 pAs Manager, GTM Marketplace Strategy for Altra Running, you will play a critical role in driving seasonal execution through an integrated Go‑To‑Market process and defining a clear and disciplined Marketplace Strategy across EMEA. /p pPartnering closely with the General Manager EMEA APAC and regional cross‑functional leaders, you will plan, execute and assess initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability while protecting brand equity, marketplace integrity and consumer experience. /p pYou will work in close collaboration with the Global GTM Director based in Denver, ensuring full alignment between regional execution and global GTM strategy, marketplace governance and brand priorities. /p pActing as the guardian of GTM milestones and marketplace governance, you will orchestrate preparation, execution and performance tracking across Digital Marketplaces, Wholesale and DTC, delivering key insights and recommended actions to Altra Running stakeholders. /p h3bHow You Will Make a Difference /b /h3 pYou will make an impact through the following key areas: /p h3bMarketplace Strategy Protection /b /h3 ul liDefine and drive a clear Marketplace Strategy aligned with Altra Running’s brand positioning and long‑term growth ambitions. /li liEnsure robust marketplace protection, including: ul liAssortment control and brand representation /li liPrice architecture, channel discipline and segmentation enforcement /li liCompliance with contractual, legal and financial frameworks /li /ul /li liPartner closely with Finance and Legal teams to manage marketplace models, contracts, margins and risk exposure. /li /ul h3bGTM Process Operations /b /h3 ul liPartner with E‑commerce, Merchandising, Marketing and Area Management teams to lead seasonal GTM processes, ensuring marketplaces are fully integrated into the GTM calendar. /li liWork closely with the Global GTM Director to align regional GTM plans with global strategy, milestones and priorities. /li liDrive execution of GTM deliverables, including: ul liMarketplace go‑live timing /li liSeasonal assortment drops /li liChannel‑specific GTM priorities /li /ul /li liEnsure end‑to‑end execution of strategy at every GTM milestone. /li /ul pbSegmentation Channel Governance /b /p ul liDefine and enforce clear channel and marketplace segmentation across: ul liDTC /li liStrategic wholesale partners /li liDigital marketplaces /li /ul /li liTranslate segmentation into actionable: ul liAssortment strategies /li liGo‑to‑market priorities /li liRegional and account‑level execution /li /ul /li liAct as a strategic reference point to prevent channel conflict, brand dilution and price erosion. /li /ul pbCross‑Channel Performance Tracking Reporting /b /p ul liTrack and analyze key seasonal and marketplace KPIs to assess brand performance and execution quality. /li liIdentify variances, propose corrective actions and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders. /li liDeliver executive‑level reporting on: ul liSell‑through /li liInventory exposure /li liPrice integrity /li liMargin and profitability /li /ul /li liPartner with commercial, product, DTC and planning teams to monitor business performance and drive actions. /li /ul pbCross‑Functional Leadership /b /p ul liAct as a strategic peer and partner to: ul liE‑commerce Managers /li liMerchandising teams /li liArea Managers /li liHead of Marketing /li liFinance and Legal teams /li /ul /li liDrive alignment, challenge assumptions and foster collaboration across regional and global stakeholders. /li /ul h3bSkills for Success /b /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics or a related field. /li liStrong experience in bGTM, Marketplace management, E‑commerce or Commercial Strategy /b. /li liSolid financial acumen with the ability to work with KPIs, reporting tools and performance analysis. /li liHighly analytical, strategic and structured mindset. /li liProven stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills. /li liExcellent communication skills in English; bGerman is a plus /b. /li liStrong passion for sports and the sporting goods industry. /li liResults‑driven, proactive and ownership‑oriented approach. /li /ul h3bWhat’s in it for you? /b /h3 pMost companies like to say they offer a competitive salary, an amazing bonus/benefit and pension scheme as well as staff discounts (btw we offer 50% on all VF Brands!).
