We are looking for a Business Development Intern for our Erborian Export Business Unit.Our business unit’s mission is to inspire, drive and support distributors in developing Erborian brand locally and providing the best omnichannel customer experience .
You will be part of the Export Business Development Team and will report to the Business Development Manager. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Export team (Sales & Retail) as well as with the International teams (Product Development).
MAIN MISSIONS
* Market Research: analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and SWOT analyses to identify growth areas
* Lead Generation & Outreach: research potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and initiate contact via email, phone or LinkedIn
* Participate in meetings and presentations with potential clients
* Help in the development and execution of strategic plans
* Process improvement : update product catalogues, mainly on the information on product availability (MAD, OCD, stock level, OOS)
* Forecast analysis - future launches with coherence towards:
* Countries weight
* Product weight
* Brand strategy
HOW YOU CAN FIT
* Master student with an internship agreement provided by your current school (mandatory)
* Good level of autonomy & proactivity with a strong team-spirit
* Fluent in english, french is a plus
* Respect of deadlines, proactivity and sense of priorities
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong relational capacities
* Solid oral presentation skills
* Able to work in a multinational environment
