Job description:The Formulation Department in Münchwilen plays a crucial role in transforming Syngenta's innovative active ingredients into Crop Protection products. These products are designed to support farmers in producing healthy, nutritious food and to help lead the transition towards more sustainable agriculture. The department's responsibilities encompass the development and optimization of novel formulations from laboratory to production scale, as well as providing product support throughout their entire lifecycle.We are currently seeking a Principal Scientist in Microbials Formulation Development (m/f/d) to join our team working on the design of microbial-based formulations.
