Key responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for service-related questions for customers and manage HR requests until closure, including tracking and tracing to create a high-end user experience.
Provide best-in-class customer service, resolve queries promptly, and strive to go the extra mile.
Be knowledgeable of business operations and key contacts.
Support HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, Bonus salary review) with ad-hoc support and advice.
Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support customer queries.
Share customer feedback with Service Specialists and suggest HR technology improvements.
Monitor HR Services & Solutions metrics.
Initiate changes in Workday as per process.
Proactively advise HR Business Partners and line managers.
Contribute to HR projects impacting the organization.
Maintain knowledge of HR policies and promote the use of case tools within HR.
Work within SLAs, focusing on excellent customer experience.
Provide guidance on key HR processes and collaborate on ad-hoc projects.
Key requirements:
Education as "Personalfachfrau/-mann" or a university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Resilient work ethic.
Ability to understand different cultures and operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Extensive HR experience (3-5 years) within administration or shared services.
Fluent in German and Business English.
