Your Responsibilities
* Identify strategic locations for new docking positions based on operational needs and guest preferences.
* Liaise with local communities as well as relevant authorities to secure the necessary permissions for new docking spots.
* Negotiate with relevant authorities to secure favourable terms and contracts.
* Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new docking positions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Identify and oversee the acquisition of existing docking positions.
* Lead efforts to upgrade acquired and existing docking positions.
* Plan and manage regular maintenance and renewal of certificates and permissions for managed docking spots

* Profound understanding of the docking position landscape on European Rivers
* Knowledge about current players
* Analytical Qualifications to assess and evaluate potential projects
* Negotiation Skills
* Field Experience of similar projects
* Project Management (acquisition and creation)
* Knowledge of potential development positions
* Experience in negotiations with river authorities and communities (licensing, infrastructure,…)
* Technical understanding of nautical / technical needs
* Forward thinking and identification of possible risks
* Teamwork with other stakeholders
