Position Summary
We are looking for a Specialist in Nutrition and Public Health Epidemiology to contribute to innovative research, through evaluating dietary influences across life-stages. In this role you will develop cutting-edge research and innovative methodologies and effectively share insights that enhance nutrition and health outcomes.
A Day in the Life of a Specialist in Nutrition and Public Health Epidemiology
Embrace innovation as a catalyst for change and advise on dietary assessment tools for clinical trials and nutrition epidemiology studies to establish nutritional criteria for healthy diets
Make a meaningful impact on our world by translating scientific findings into consumer-appealing concepts to improve the product portfolio and contribute to the Institute’s research strategy in the field of nutrition
Stay at the forefront of science by leading projects, related to nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment, and nutrient profiling and create scientific outputs including publications, conference presentations, and patents
Foster a culture of creativity and growth and coach team members in areas such as epidemiology methods, analysis and dietary intake assessment
What Will Make You Successful
Academic and Research Experience: Ph.D. in Nutrition, Public Health Epidemiology, or related field, with post-graduate experience in applying epidemiology and biostatistics in research studies demonstrated by relevant publications and conference presentations
Innovation at Heart: strong understanding of nutrient profiling science and its application on product (re)formulation
People at Core: demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences and internal/external researchers, supported by exceptional written and verbal skills in English
