Salary: CHF 130'000 - 155'000 per year Requirements: To be successful in this role you offer a strong quality-oriented mindset paired with a deep understanding of “why this matters” for the end user. Moreover, you bring: • Proven ability to lead and grow people (coaching, feedback, accountability) in a distributed setup. • Excellent stakeholder skills: you can communicate clearly with senior leadership and influence decisions with facts, clarity, and persuasion. • Fluency in (Swiss) German and English (required). • Deep knowledge of Java and the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). • Experience in building microservice-based backends using Java Spring Boot. • Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration—preferably Kubernetes. Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for leading an agile team (Kanban/Scrum) across different locations, ensuring continuous delivery of new functionality, efficiency, compliance with engineering standards, and building quality-based development culture.
