The establishment values teamwork, and culinary excellence.Job descriptionThe Junior Chef de Cuisine supervises a team of around ten in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. He/She plans and implements the Mobil Cook, oversees the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and acts as Hygiene, Quality, and Maintenance referent; he/she also manages orders and inventories. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some exceptional evening interventions. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in community catering, ideally within comparable structures or at Eldora, allowing him/her to understand the challenges of volume, and quality.
