As the Head of HR Business Partner based in Basel, you will guide HRBPs, shape the local strategy, and drive key initiatives. You will report directly to the VP Human Resources EMEA.
Your Role
* Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a talented team of HR Business Partners in Basel, coaching them to unlock their full potential as strategic partners to the business.
* Harmonizing HR Standards: Drive the harmonization of HR standards in Switzerland to create consistency and best practices across the different sites, aligning with local and global HR objectives.
* Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, partnering on high level initiatives and translating organizational needs into HR solutions while respecting the autonomy of the HRBPs.
* Legal and Compliance Support: Provide guidance on Swiss labor law and handling legal matters with professionalism and ensuring full compliance with regulations.
* People‑Centric Initiatives: Lead and support key business initiatives from a people perspective, ensuring local HR strategies align with business objectives.
