Position: Senior Export and Customer Service Specialist
Department: Operations and Customer Services
Location: Bussigny, Switzerland
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Responsibilities include:
Managing export logistics and customer service for online B2B clients such as Amazon and Zalando.
Handling documentation for customs and import processes, ensuring compliance with export regulations, licenses, and trade requirements.
Acting as the main export contact within Customer Service.
Coordinating with 3PL and warehouse teams to ensure timely order preparation and high-quality service.
Processing customer orders, returns, and claims accurately.
Supporting cross-functional projects to improve service and operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
Fluency in English and German; Dutch skills are a plus.
Experience in customer service, logistics, and transportation.
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems like Oracle, SAP, Zendesk.
Strong MS Office skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience and authorized to work in Switzerland.
