Responsibilities
* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed.
* Maintain and update accounting policies to align with US GAAP requirements.
* Support month-end, quaterly and year-end close processes.
* Support the timely and accurate filing of local subsidiaries statutory reporting
* Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
* Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP.
Qualifications
* Excellent command of English both written and spoken (C1).
* Education in finance / Accounting / or Economics
* Several years of experience in accounting or audit
* Comprehensive and current understanding of US GAAP, including recently issued accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting principles and regulations
* Big 4 audit firm experience is a plus
* CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred
* Experience with a public company with international operations is desired
* Excellent command of English (min. C1)
