Help our clients successfully manage global challenges
As the IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists we equip our largest and complex clients, bid teams, as well as audit and assurance teams with clear, practical and robust advice and deep insights on IFRS technical accounting topics and wider Corporate Reporting, e.g. sustainability topics with a particular focus on local ESG reporting incl. climate-related financial disclosures (TCFD), the EU`s CSRD, and International Sustainability Standards.
We support developing Deloitte`s global IFRS and Corporate Reporting guidance, Swiss go-to-market offerings and marketing campaigns around IFRS and sustainability reporting in Switzerland. We work closely together with IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists globally and shape Deloitte`s views and positions on emerging issues and contentious matters.
As part of our responsibilities, we work together with our Quality National Office to develop policies and procedures for the Swiss audit and assurance practice and with our Learning and Development team to provide all major IFRS and wider Corporate Reporting learnings and presentations.

How you can make an impact
1. Work in a highly enthusiastic and vibrant team
2. Extensive interaction and consultation with technical accounting partners within Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), Deloitte IFRS Global Office and senior audit leaders on complex accounting and sustainability reporting topics
3. Take an active role in internal and external IFRS and wider Corporate Reporting/sustainability reporting presentations and publications
4. Get involved in annual financial statement reviews for our largest and most complex clients
5. Learning and development at your selected pace
Who we are looking for
6. You have profound technical accounting skills and professional experience in applying and interpreting IFRS Standards, preferably in a technical accounting team or accounting policy role
7. You have an interest in learning and applying newly developed sustainability standards
8. You are driven by quality and have a high degree of integrity and professionalism
9. A positive attitude; the ability to remain composed under pressure
10. You communicate confidently in English. German is an advantage
11. You have the ability to write and present findings clearly and concisely in English
