What you accomplish
* Preparation of pizzas, focaccias and other specialties
* Organisation of the assigned station
* Preparation of the daily mise en place
* Cleaning and control tasks, as well as workplace safety within the HACCP / KOPAS concept
* Receipt, inspection and storage of goods orders
* Assist the head chef in compliance with quality and safety standards
What you bring
* Education: Completed initial or further training
* Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
* Experience with traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
* You have a service mindset and communicate well
* You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance
* You have good comprehension skills, a good team spirit and are used to working independently
* French (B2)
* Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
