Job Description
Successful, efficient and process-compliant implementation of strategic / complex product development projects, taking into account the needs of all stakeholders.
Implementation of complex global product development projects in the medical environment
Technical leadership of global interdisciplinary project teams
Manage the schedule, as well as cost and functional goals of the project
Assign and monitor tasks within the project team
Create and update project plans and required documentation
Apply, improve and ensure adherence to defined processes
Establish and maintain an required project structure and create a culture of accountability
Reporting of the project status in GATE and milestone meeting
Qualifications
Completed technical studies with further training in business administration
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in device development in the MDR environment, preferably for plastic components in injection molding
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (German is an advantage)
Project management certification is a plus
Team player with a high level of initiative and motivation to lead projects to success
