Your Role You will manage construction and infrastructure projects within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring delivery, coordination and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Lead construction and CAPEX projects from planning to execution
Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and external partners
Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
Monitor project risks and progress
Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
Interface with Engineering, Production and QA teams
Your Profile 5+ years experience in construction or CAPEX project management
Experience in pharma, biotech or industrial environments
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing contractors and site activities
Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented
German C1 mandatory (daily on-site communication)
