In our Early Kindergarten group, we accompany children through the most sensitive years of early childhood. Our approach focuses on emotional security, individual development, and a strong, trusting bond between educators and children.
Your Responsibilities
* Loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years)
* Creating a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the needs of the youngest children
* Building stable bonds and establishing rituals that provide safety and orientation
* Designing age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our EarlySteps curriculum
* Observing and documenting developmental milestones
* Sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents
Your Profile
* Recognized qualification as Early Childhood Educator
* Additional training or experience in early childhood development is an advantage
* German as a native language and good command of English
* High level of empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility
* Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed way
