The ATS MX Transportation Operation Management (TOM) team shapes the middle-mile transportation execution and develops innovative transportation management concepts. The goal is to improve and enhance the Amazon Transportation Network, driving the best customer experience in a reliable and cost‑efficient manner, every time. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring a safe work environment for Amazon and non‑Amazon workers. /li liAudit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan and environmental regulations. /li liMeet the OTP/OTD target per shift. /li liOwn area performance metrics and communicate them to TOM Manager and site leadership. /li /ul h3A Day in the Life /h3 pAs part of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using road and air transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liWork a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
