For one of our clients, working in the medical devices sector based in Nyon, we are looking for a :
Customer Service Representative - German, English and French speaker
For a 6-month temporary contract, starting from 06.01.2025 to 30.06.2025
Daily management of incoming customer orders
Follow up on order status / backlog, taking ownership of required actions
Issue / coordinate Credits, Rebills, Returns linked to orders as per requirements
Investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility
Customer Management :
Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls or emails, including pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status, and product information
Highlight procedures and work instruction corrections or updates to your direct report if required
Ensure appropriate communication between customers and field operations
Contribute to Daily Management (DM) to ensure business continuity and support department objectives
Profile required
Preferably with experience in a customer support center and/or customer service administration
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 minimum), French, and English (C1 minimum). Any other European language is an asset
Urgency-focused — prioritize critical deliverables and high-priority assignments, demonstrating a sense of urgency and prioritization
