The Key Account Manager Out of Home X is responsible for the development of key regional Horeca clients in order to generate sustainable and profitable growth. He/she defines and implements all sales and development activities taking into account the overall financial profitability and market conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the annual business plan and budget for the regional Horeca Key Accounts under your responsibility.
• Monitor and develop the client portfolio as well as conceptual engagement with the corresponding Key Accounts.
• Drive contracts and develop offers aimed at increasing sales and revenue.
• Enhance client profitability by developing appropriate measures based on a detailed analysis of the P&L of the accounts, promotion effectiveness, contribution margin calculations, and relevant financial indicators.
• Continuous control of revenue and cost evolution through ongoing monitoring of specific customer reports and key performance indicators (KBI).
• Develop and launch sales activities, new launches, and sales promotion measures in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, including leading cross-departmental client teams.
• Continuously analyze, interpret, and document the evolution of clients, the market, and competition to timely identify future impacts on the client portfolio and take appropriate actions. AND YOU, WHAT ARE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Completed business management studies (university/HES), with a supplementary qualification in sales being an advantage.
• First successful experience in sales/key account management in the Swiss FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) market and/or in the Food Industry.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and action with a strong understanding of sales figures and finances.
• Dynamic personality with a high degree of autonomy, social skills, flexibility, and drive.
• Trustworthy and ambitious partner, with a strong ability to assert and convince, as well as sales skills.
