Don't hesitate to connect with us during the recruitment process to learn more.Position Summary As a Hotel receptionist & Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized service and assistance to guests of the Hotel Residence Rive Reine and the Nestlé Learning Center. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.A Day in the Life of a Hotel receptionist & Guest Experience SpecialistRive Reine Hotel ResidenceSmooth check-in and check-out processesMake room & restaurant reservations, considering preferences and dietary requirementsAdministrative correspondence by emailInvoicing of services & payments, collect and check various dataCommunication of daily information and weekly/monthly forecasts to other departmentsHandle safety-related operations, including fire alarm system and access controlIrregular hotel working hours (including evenings & weekends)Rive Reine Nestlé Learning CenterWarmly welcome and value guests, ensuring a home-like experienceProactively engage with guests to meet their needsProvide recommendations and make bookings for local attractions, activities and events; arrange group services and activities for a seamless experienceAddress guest complaints promptly and diplomaticallyEfficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages related to the Residence and its guestsMaintain detailed records of guest preferences, requests, and feedbackWhat will make you successfulHospitality degree or equivalent with experience within the hospitality industryConfirmed successful experience as receptionist or in a comparable roleIn-depth knowledge of the region, local attractions, events, and servicesExcellent communication and interpersonnel skillsProactive, with strong customer service orientation and attention to detailsAbility to multitask and to work independentlyAlways maintain high level of confidentiality and privacyFlexible, with strong organizational and time-management skillsGood knowledge in computer tools (Microsoft Office, Protel is an asset)Welcoming presence, smiling attitude, open-minded, punctualFlexible schedule including evenings and weekendsFluency in French and English, any other language as a plusNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
