Your responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Company Secretary & Group Counsel in all areas of his function, e.g.
2. Compilation and maintenance of company files (articles of association, regulations, share register, minutes, monthly reports, annual reports, etc.)
3. Assistance in the preparation and updating of organisational regulations, policies, function charts, guidelines for corporate governance and risk management
4. Applications for entry and cancellation of changes in the commercial register
5. Assistance with the organisation of corporate governance
Your profile:
6. Swiss licence to practise law
7. Several years (at least 5-7 years) of experience in legal counselling with a focus on corporate law and contract law
8. Fluent in German and English
9. Strong negotiator and assertive
10. Team player
