Salary: CHF 80’000 - 140’000 per year
Requirements
8+ years of experience in relationship management and sales, ideally within the financial services industry.
Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience motivating and guiding teams of Relationship Managers and Assistants.
Solid understanding of financial products and services, relationship management, institutional sales processes, and deep knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Experience working with or within the South African financial sector.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English and German is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Implement, monitor and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure relationship management and sales objectives align with broader business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Team Management
Lead, support, and inspire your team of Relationship Managers and Assistants.
Foster a positive, motivating work environment where employees feel valued and connected to the team and organisation.
Promote collaboration, trust and cohesion among team members.
Escalate potential conflicts to senior management and/or your HR Partner as needed.
Support employee development through training, mentoring, coaching and career advancement opportunities.
Hiring & Onboarding – Lead the recruitment process in collaboration with your Talent Acquisition Partner; ensure new hires receive a comprehensive introduction to the team, organisation, culture, policies and their specific responsibilities.
Performance Management – Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues proactively; manage underperformance processes in alignment with senior management and your HR Partner.
