Responsibilities
* Utilize expertise in relative value market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and risk management
* Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics
* Manage real-time execution of trading system
* Collaborate to contribute to learnings and strategies
* Mentor Trading Associates and promote their learning on the desk
Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in technical field and pertinent industry experience
* Demonstrated passion for financial markets, finance, and trading
* Deep understanding of finance, math, and statistics
* Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure
* Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
* Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
* A strategy that is currently and consistently profitable; we are open to all markets and asset classes ranging from physical to electronic in any part of the world
