Our mission is to deliver seamless experiences for our customers. To do this, we need a Director of Supply Chain Program Management to lead our Supply Chain Program Office at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
The Role
* Oversee all supply chain activities within complex aviation projects, including maintenance, refurbishment, modification, and completions.
* Lead a team of project managers and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective planning and execution of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and tooling.
* Evaluate supply chain readiness, timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements to contribute directly to successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
1. End-to-End SCM Execution: Manage the entire supply chain lifecycle within each aviation project from procurement, logistics, and inventory to tooling and delivery.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of SCM Project Managers embedded in multidisciplinary project teams to ensure accountability, coordination, and continuous improvement.
3. Resource Planning & Allocation: Assess project requirements and allocate SCM resources accordingly.
4. Governance and Best Practices: Establish governance frameworks, templates, and execution models to ensure consistency, visibility, and control in SCM project management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor supply chain KPIs, milestones, risks, and budgets across all active projects and provide regular updates and dashboards to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
7. Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies, external regulations, and HSE standards, embedding risk management practices across all project stages.
8. Digital Tools and Transparency: Champion the adoption of project management and supply chain tools to improve collaboration, traceability, and real-time tracking.

Requirements
* Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in supply chain and program/project management.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
* Strong expertise across procurement, logistics, inventory, and tooling.
* Experience in aviation or other highly regulated, project-based industries.
* Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.
* Proficient in ERP and project management systems (SAP, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Familiarity with EASA/FAA compliance frameworks is beneficial.
* Lean or Six Sigma certification would be advantageous.
