About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high service quality, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain strong customer relations and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
* Supervise menu planning, food production, and hygiene standards.
* Manage orders, stock, and supplier relations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring team discipline and performance.
* Monitor budgets, costs, and monthly results; implement corrective actions when needed.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Handle invoicing, cash flow, and administrative reporting.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
* Proven experience in team leadership and operational oversight.
* Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in French and English (German is an advantage).
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
