The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Management of employees\' Travel Expenses
* Book Purchase Orders and Non-Purchase Orders invoices
* Follow up on Purchase orders issues
* Review and validation of Purchase requests
* Handle vendors and internal stakeholders\' queries through different mailboxes
* Participation in annual closing activities
* Recording closing entries
* Participation in various department projects in line with the objectives of improving the productivity and efficiency of accounting process

Qualifications
* Degree in accounting
* 2 years of experience in accounts payable is mandatory
* English and French proficiency (min C1)
* Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Confidentiality, thoroughness
* Proficiency in ERP system (ideally Sage X3)
* Proficiency on Microsoft pack
* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
