Based in north‑western Switzerland, Aero Group is a well‑established EASA Part‑CAMO organisation holding ratings for piston and turbine airplanes, as well as piston and turbine helicopters with electrical and avionics capabilities. We strive to provide our customers with demonstrated craftsmanship, fulfilling current regulations in both Initial and Continuing Airworthiness. We are currently recruiting a Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA).
Responsibilities
Establishment and follow up of maintenance policy and program, submission to FOCA for approval
Plan and follow up of Line and Base maintenance
Work planning, issuing work-orders and coordinating resources to the CAMO work programme
Carrying out all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract
Technical follow‑up, analysis of Aircraft Technical Log
Verification of work reports, technical records & aircraft release to service from contracted organisations
Verification of modifications and repairs performed to an approved standard
Airworthiness Directives embodiment and status, retention of the continuing airworthiness records
Operator’s aircraft optional modification embodiment policy. Defect rectification and follow‑up of MEL/HIL
Monitoring and amending the CAME and submissions of the proposed amendments to FOCA
Communicating with internal and external partners on matters required by the Operator, maintaining and building customer relationships
Maintenance coordination with the contracted Part‑145 and Flight Ops for all maintenance activities
Assisting the NPCA in the evaluation of ADs, SBs, SILs
Executing “Aviation Design Project” orders when required
Assisting the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) with internal auditing and reviewing all CAMO processes in accordance with Part‑145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME
Ability to navigate and comprehend company, aircraft manufacturer manuals and EASA regulations
Requirements
Ideally previous experience in a similar position and at least 5 years of experience in maintenance control activities; or 2 years of experience in maintenance control activities, provided the candidate holds or has held a maintenance certification license in category B1, B2 or C; or a license equivalent to a license in category B1, B2 or C
Knowledge in the aviation field
Technical education
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, good IT skills
Excellent reputation with clean criminal record & extract from the debt collection register certificates
French and English proficient and fluent; German or other European languages a plus
Good management skills with natural leadership; reliability, accuracy and willingness to accept responsibility
Eligible to work in Switzerland; established in Switzerland or willing to relocate in the Neuchâtel region
