In case of severe weather, the Major Claims Task Force coordinates and takes action. In this role, you are responsible for technical management and lead a team of up to 9 claims handlers who manage the complete processing of claims in the areas of property insurance and liability, ensuring effective claims management in accordance with guidelines and actively contributing to continuous improvement. You oversee daily management and ensure the smooth running of activities, encourage the professional and personal development of each team member, and actively support your team in implementing processes. Requirements include a federal insurance diploma or a degree from a specialized higher education institution, 1-3 years of team management experience desired, several years of experience in claims settlement, and strong technical knowledge in property and liability insurance.
