About You

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Business Administrator to serve as the on-site administrative lead for our Swiss entity and be an integral part of TRG’s global administrative team.

This role involves managing daily administrative operations in Switzerland, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as banks, legal advisors, and service providers.

You will also support employees across the organization and assist the President with Swiss-related administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

* TRG Interface: Collaborate with global admin, finance, and legal teams to address local needs and manage financial and legal requirements.
* Administrative Management: Act as a point of contact for operational matters, lead projects, organize company events, support travel arrangements, and onboard new employees.
* Stakeholders & Public Institutes Management: Manage communication with Swiss stakeholders, maintain relationships with service providers, oversee invoicing and payments.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Swiss entity compliance, serve as contact for regulators, prepare documentation, and submit reports.
* Executive Assistance: Provide personalized support to the President, manage schedules, handle confidential matters, and respond promptly to administrative needs.


What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in administrative coordination, stakeholder management, or compliance, preferably within Swiss regulatory and business environments. Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus. You should be highly organized, discreet, reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Experience with multinational teams and senior executive support is advantageous.
