The Role of an Inside Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

* You will establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new end customers and business partners.
* You will develop and maintain end customer relationships across all levels: IT, procurement, management, CxO level.
* You will work closely with assigned verticals/regions as the expert in the market.
* You will focus on acquiring new customers and gaining market share with a minimum of 60% hunting profile.
* You will ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by implementing effective sales strategies.
* You will collaborate to maintain existing clients and develop a network & cloud product portfolio.
* Salesforce knowledge is beneficial, and you will be able to update and manage your pipeline.
* You will promote the growth of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand by creating references with end customers to help business partners turn their customer relationships into long-term partnerships.
* You will provide accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives and develop a comprehensive business plan with mandatory reporting (quarterly forecast, biweekly commit).
* You have expertise and experience in dealing with mid to large accounts at senior IT and business levels in Switzerland.

You enjoy being in the spotlight, possessing strong presentation abilities.

With up to 10 years of experience in our IT sector, you have a proven track record of successful sales in the Data/Networking/Cloud Industry with key accounts. You have completed formal training in sales techniques or equivalent experience in hunting new business. You can leverage your knowledge of the Swiss IT market with existing relationships.

You possess excellent networking skills within a customer and partner organization to identify key influencers and decision-makers, along with strong commercial focus and negotiation skills.

A professional working proficiency in German and English is required; French and/or Italian is a plus but not essential.
