Sales and Business Development Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and empower our partner stores to maximize Movement sales by providing guidance and support.
* Work closely with partner points of sale to identify renewal, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
* Manage retailer relationships to ensure high-quality service and end-customer satisfaction.
* Proactively identify and open new potential partner stores to expand our reach and drive growth.
* Develop long-term relationships with key partners in the region to establish trust and credibility.
* Participate in regional B2B and B2C demonstrations and ski-tests in collaboration with local teams to showcase our products and build brand awareness.
* Manage and plan pre-season product launches with partner points of sale to create buzz and excitement around our new products.
* Manage sales with key partner stores to maintain a competitive advantage over our competitors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of retail or wholesale experience in the ski or outdoor industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Native fluency in German/Swiss German and very good knowledge of French or English.
* Residence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland required.
* A valid driver's license.
* Excellent knowledge of the ski industry.
* Previous experience in ski preparation and boot fitting is an asset.
* A customer-oriented mindset.
* An outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people.
* Good public speaking and presentation skills to groups.
* Excellent time management and self-direction.
* Excellent driving skills and confidence in all winter driving conditions.

Location and Working Hours:
The role will be based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Vevey for meetings. The working hours will be 80% year-round, with 100% during the winter season and 60% during the summer season.
